Please help Could not read or wite after update to hp Tuners 3.6.16

Hi my car is 2012 holden Ls3engine with automatic gearbox. Car working until update from 3.4 which in the car to 3.6 version. I can read only one time and save after that Try to write it back It keep failing while writing around 48-51 percents.
Now I could not write , read , lost VIN number , unlicensed and not start anymore.
