Unable to flash 06 Silverado

I have a 2003 Silverado that has been cloned with complete dash and engine harness from a donor 06 Silverado 1GCEC19Z06Z159271 . It was a Manual Trans Truck, now Automatic trans, harness, BCM / ECM.

HP interface will read it fine. Yet I go to Flash and it loads the boot loader, then times out.

The Radio did display a lock so I dis connected it, yet SOS. Instrument cluster works fine.

NO aftermarket attachments. It's a work truck with no additional accessories.

In gathering information on pin outs and connecting the correct wires from the old harness, I was able to bypass this error by writing directly through the wiring harness to pin 58, to the PCM.
Though would like to know WHY it would not write to the ECM ?

I believe the bcm is having issues no recognizing the pcm, ip cluster, and tcm. Might need to input the manual trucks vin then try flashing it with a file from an auto truck.

I 'll give that a try to verify.

uncheck the "high speed" box. Them older GM trucks have this issue a lot.
