What computer? Keeping MAF (depending on computer)?
What MAP are you running?
The skinny is that you'll want to take stock file and apply the 3 bar OS if available then start making your changes to various tables for airflow and fueling. If a newer OS you'd change the VVE tables to support 3 bar.

Just continue the VE as it is. Not much to it.
Slowly ramp up the VE towards 300kpa, use the interpolate or smooth functions to get you a starting point. It may be rich right away but that's where using a AFR/Lambda error will correct it.
