Yep that was one that is capable. The Vf2, X17 etc from my understanding isnt read via obd in situe it requires to still be benched but not Opened.

But the as mentioned tools capable are about 3000euro and up. The benfit at this point to save 10mins extra to open ecu as the inital removal still needs to be done is not
much of a time saver if you know what your doing.

But if you have a custom bootloader for them directly read and write over OBD without removal and patch Pm me a price.

    As for PCM Number here is a couple Sid208 AB39-12A650-KD AB39-12K532-ABK Sid209 HW AB3Q-12684-AD SW AB39-12A650-FF SWU AB3912K532-ATH

I have already Pm you and happy to chat

    Cheers

Nice messaged you but yeah we can both agree, step one is TPROT off and patched for OBD is the basic steps to reading and writing this ecu after its in car, this can be done many ways, we will talk more about alternative methods, but the change needed is in the EEP, there are tools that can access this portion needed for the unlock over OBD,

here is a little program for patching the EEPROM once its read off (im sure you have and know this but for others interested)

Alientech will read and write them via OBD without any removal and patch now.

It's o.k. I now have a file to look at thanks to Steve @ VCM, you need the MVPI2 to be able to open & obviously read/write but loving this progress!

Aye Aaron, I may not be of great help with your tune, but maybe this will aid in others seeing both tunes!

Are 3.2 diesel rangers / Everest’s on Sid 209 now supported via the odbii port. Do then need to be patched first or is it a direct read/write

Could find them listed in the supported Ecu page

    Cheers
