What kind of EGTs are you expecting, normally you want to make sure you are far enough downstream that you wont totally kill the sensor with heat, if that is not possible than you can put a heat sink bung to help with temps...Originally Posted by stick8555
Well this is a build I'm helping a drag racing customer with on an old Fox body it's very very close to that turbo in it makes a lot of boost and runs on a lot of octane so I'm going to recommend making a downpipe for the exhaust off the turbo and placing it a good 2 feet from the outlet and then turning it out words to make sure we've got good clear O2 readings coming in
