New LapTop

I just purchased a new Lap Top and I need to set it up with HP Tuners software. I have went to HP Tuners and Logged in and down loaded my latest version but I cannot locate the VCM scanner nor Editor. I do not have the CD because I purchased my HP Tuners from the Tuning School with a Laptop preloaded with HP Tuners Installed. What do I need to do to get my laptop set up and running the software without having the CD
