    Difference in E98A and E98?

    Im wanting to load a tune file from a e98 ecm onto my Colorado but its showing that my truck has a e98a ecm? I didn't know there was a e98a ecm. Does anyone has any experience with this?

    Have you read the stock file from your ECU first? You don't want to write over the current stock file without saving it first. And you are better off using a copy of your stock file as the template to make the necessary changes to your tune. Flashing in a totally different base file is very risky, and can brick your ECU.

    Best to just copy the the settings you need to your original OS.
