2004.5 325 hp ?controller lock out?

Hi need some help, waiting for HP support but no help yet.

Read stock file, hp supplied file.

Modified file slightly, post timing o/d lock out.....

Went to flash made it to 100% then got a fail, control lock out timer or something like that.

Tried unhooking batts, different USB cable, flashing in stock.

Also looses Vin out of truck, will start for a sec then die twice then just crank.

Pulled ABS fuse, removed dis functional mopar remote start, fuel pump relay,

Try a different computer. Not sure but have had an issue where a customer had the same problem. They used a different laptop and haven't had any issues sense.

Well tried just about everything, managed to wipe two different ecms. Two different trucks. Both 2004 or 2005. One truck have flashed 50 times. Only way was to recover the ecm with a Smarty recovery file.

Tried two different laptops, two different Hp tuner interfaces, different cables, I am using the Beta 3.7 also

I use a snap on flash charger. No help from HP YET. I am sure they are working on it...

Everything is working again, no clue why.....

This may sound stupid but maybe a cable issue still. I have two HP interfaces, maybe one of the cables is faulty. The cables are not married to the interface are they somehow. Still working fine....
