can't go wide open please help me

I am running an 03 cav 2.2L auto. As a newbie I am having problems understanding the shift tables. I could really use a howto on using these tables. My current problem is when I go wide open on a closed track I can only reach speeds of about 110mph and then the tranny downshifts to 3rd. Thus going to instant redline at 7000rpm. How can I force the tranny to stay in overdrive so I can push it to about 6000rpm or 140mph? Ideally I would like to set it so that the car can't downshift when my speed exceeds 110mph. Can this be done?

Also, the WOT 3-4 shift rpm is 8192. Check the part throttle shift speed table,
the 3-4 and 4-3 shift speeds need to be lowered at the higher tps ranges.
