It's been a day, cool your jets.
Do some of your own digging too. Swap them side to side to see if the problem carries over. You may have gotten a bad new sensor. You also did not log the fuel system status so it may never have went into closed loop, also the fuel trims are inactive so that may be a leading thing there too.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
It's pretty ghetto to only replace one sensor. You would imagine the other would be on its last legs. It's like replacing one brake rotor.
