s550 6r80 not responding to changes made in TCC Map

Customers car with a 3c converter we did the install on. The car responds to changes made in sport mode and the car will lock up just fine, but in base map (drive) it will not respond and stays unlocked.

Speaking to fellow tuner he has had this same issue even with there shop car. That it will only lockup in sport mode but seems to ignore the other maps. I have not tried to flash the car with SCT yet as the customer currently has an nGauge.
