just got my unit back from repairs from you guys. read vehicle , made a change, and write to vehicle. didn't do "write entire" just to see if it will write. gave me a detect protocal error" its now bricked. I have bricked 3 ecu, spent $500 dollars in credits, and $750 for you product and have nothing to show forth. your product help sucks. what can I do to resolve this issue?
