411 swap, what to do about trans data?

    I'm working on a 97 Chevy truck w/ a 411 swap. It has the stock 4l60e.

Vehicle came in with a base tune already in it, so I don't have the stock file.

What is everyone doing as far as the trans part of the 411 tune?

    Thanks for any info.

On my 98 suburban I did a segment swap because my original tune was for a 4l80e and I have the 4l60e.

I'll be honest I am not sure what you are asking though. What transmission does the tune have currently and what are you trying to do?

No worries. I want to make sure that the trans tune matches the trans in the truck. In the tune(was already in when I got the truck)has 4l60E selected but I dont know if all the parameters are correct. I didn't know if I could use the trans info from another vehicle with a 4l60e that would be the same as what a 97 has.

Hopefully i explained it a little better that time.

The short version is a need a stock tune for a 97 w/ a 4l60E trans to compare to.
