2004 SSR Whipple DO I need to change Operating system?

I dont do a bunch of the older GM stuff, but I have a customers 2004 SSR Its got a Whipple on it along with a Larger DBW throttle body with an adapter harness for the DBW TB.

I upgraded the stock 12587603 OS to a 3bar but in VCM Scanner I only have a very small amount of PIDs i can datalog with. In this case should I try and find another OS to flash to the ECU? This OS seems to be good as far as having flex fuel and the ability to go to 3bar but I just cant log anything with it.

    What is not logging?

Doing the OS upgrade will not take away anything that you could log before hand. Always re-poll for supported parameters too.

Only have about 20 pids. Nothing related to me being able to datalog and tune VE tables at all.

Weird. I guess I don't click what the PCM shows but just all channels instead.

Does that computer offer a 2 bar upgrade? Maybe try that.
