I have spent a $1000.00 and still can't make this work

    HP Tuner's:
I have spent a thousand dollars on this stuff including an additional $170.00 just now trying to write a tune to my car.

    Your support is just terrible.

I bought a tuner from a reseller and they are just as bad as you guy's.

If I don't get a response from you in a few minutes, I will file a complaint with Visa against you all.

I believe I know have 16 credits via my application key count and zero licenses and my MPVI is still saying I cannot write my tune.

This needs to be fixed immediately

    Hello all,

I would like to apologize for my behavior. I am so sorry. The people in HP tuners support are great. They worked thru my bad behavior and identified the root cause of my issue.

Just to be clear the problem was/is mine.

After I followed their instructions everything worked fine.

    I'm sorry I was such a jerk.

HP Tuners is a semi steep learning curve, and a abundance of patience can certainly be needed at times. I think most of us have been there at one point or another, and honestly, its almost ALWAYs my fault.
