I tuned this car when it had headers only and didn't have this issue. Guy put a P1SC ProCharger on (stock cam, stock everything except headers) and since I've stopped dyno tuning for people he went to another tuner. The tuner wires up a second MAP sensor that is the stock one and is zip tied to the MAF harness...and its sitting in open air. For the primary he connected a ZR1 3bar MAP. First, I see his MAP values aren't correct but the issue I'm seeing is in MAF only mode.
On this tune, when the car hits around 5200rpm the target EQ changes from 0.833 lambda (11.75afr) to 1.0 lambda (14.1AFR). MAP shows around 138kpa at this point, lowish timing 14.5deg, TPS stays at WOT. What would cause the ecu to pick a table other than target PE in this case?
1) Why the 2nd stock MAP sensor? I didn't trace the wiring here but curious why this was done.
2) What would cause the ECU to pick a table other than target PE in this case? What is causing the 1.0 lambda target?
