    Not good.

    Your trims are maxed at idle, usually means either a really bad vacuum leak or exhaust leak pre o2 sensor. Just a cam swap in most application won't peg the trims unless this is some wild engine setup.

    The driving is still lean. The VE and MAF curve need to be calibrated with a wideband o2 sensor to bring fueling under control.
    2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

    If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
