    '98 LS1 T/A - STFT Openloop switch missing?

Is this parameter not an option for the '98s?

I appreciate all responses and suggestions.

    Kind Regards,

    James

yeah its not in any of the 98 files I've viewed...dunno if its just not in there.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

I'm almost positive they are set to OFF from the factory, as most all the CamBirds are, so unfortunately it makes it a lil more work to tune the VE table without the ability to toggle them ON (not using a wideband at the moment). FYI, this car is still running the MAF, and will continue to do so.

Hopefully Ken and/or Chris will chime in to let us know if it is a parameter they can add, or if it isn't available. I sent them the file in case they could make the change themselves and send it back to me.

    Regards,

    James

if you don't mind my asking, why would you want stft's on while speed density?

    Shortcut

i.e. tuning out the VE table using the factory narrowband sensors, and the VE - Short Term Fuel Trims Histogram.

FYI, I corrected my post above. I stated Speed Density when I meant to state the VE table. I do not have access to my wideband where I currently am, and I'm trying to do my friend a favor.

    Regards,

    James
