apply code modification?

Sorry if this has been answered as search turned up nothing.
Under OS tab in VCM editor I have

code modification
speed density -2 bar
OS1250223
apply code modification
and on the right a few (3) "not applied" and 3 applied patches"

whats that all about? PS- I'M very green to tuning....but learning

I'm installing an lsa blower/injectors/lsa map/lsa iat/ls7maf and few other bolt ons .... will be tuning/changing some values "close enough" so i can drive it safely to dyno tune. do i need to worry about these OS"code modifications"?

"custom"? - this ecm has never been "touched" by a tuner.... it has factory software/calibration in it.
Just wondering what installing this custom tune will do and if it is needed (when I install the supercharger).
Can I ever remove/revert this custom modification with hptuners;
or will i need to flash it back to stock, with dealer SPS? (Have access to both so no big deal)

We offer at least 1 custom operating system for your application, hard to tell without seeing the file or at least a screenshot of what you are referring to due to being lost in translation.
