VVT Tuning on a stock cam 5.3

Alright guys, been messing with my truck for a while, 2015 Silverado, one thing I noticed, when making a WOT pass the actual cam position starts to advance right before the shifts, what causes this? I can feel the truck lay over a little right before the shift and the feeling mimics what the cam timing is doing exactly. Any thoughts on this?

Here are a couple pics of a data log (dont mind the KR)

Here are my cam timing maps

Ok, im wondering if it has something to do with these ramp tables???

    Lemme hear some thoughts!

I have the same year truck and it does the same thing. look at your ignition timing when it shifts. torque management pulls the timing way down when it shifts so the tranny can live a long time. at least thats my understanding of what is going on lol
