I have a L83 and 6L80 out of a 2016 Silverado that I have swapped into a 2003 Silverado. I am struggling to get it to fire off. It cranks and fires with starting fluid, but will not run. I have VATS, DoD and starter diagnostics disabled. I feel like I am missing something silly. Can someone help?

Did you write entire for VATS removal?
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
Do you have trouble codes? wich ones? whats the low side/high side fuel pressure?
I did write entire. Trouble codes are
P057C brake pedal sensor circuit low
P135A ignition coil supply voltage circuit 1
P135B ignition coil supply voltage circuit 2
Low side Fuel pressure 60psi.
High side fuel pressure ~200psi while cranking 150rpm
