Your car has the transient fuel impact model from an LSA/LS3 head and the evaporation model from who the hell knows what. But I've never seen evap model values that high. The transient fuel model is extremely volatile and is gonna cause all kinds of problems. Copy your stock engine transient fuel values in and I bet it improves a ton.
