'08 LY5/4L60E setting disabled codes.

I'm new here, but I've had my swap running for 60K miles with little problem, until recently...

On start up, whether cold or not, I get 4 codes immediately. P0325, P0330, P0480, and P0522.

P0325 and P0330 are thanks to damages to the O2 sensor wires being damaged near the sensors. Parts ordered.

Here's the weird stuff.

It sets P0480 and P0522, yet neither of these are enabled in the tune.

I get no MAP reading on the gauges in the HP Scanner, and if I unplug the MAP sensor, it sets a P0481.

Where the hell do I start?

Is it possible that can fix the ECM setting codes that have been disabled?

I'll post the tune after I make the necessary repairs and retest. As for Memphis, that's some 6 hours from here.

Tennessee is a W-I-D-E state. LOL
