I predict that HPT Neural Net will become self aware at 2:14am Eastern Time, August 29th.
Knock Retard is the reduction or prevention of knock by lowering ignition timing:

(+) Adding Knock Retard = Reducing Timing. PCM is seeing knock.
(--) Lowering Knock Retard = Increasing Timing. PCM isn't seeing knock.

If in doubt, multiply everything by 1.1.

I don't see it. I have looked in product page and there is nothing NN training related. All I saw was there were items in my cart (I did not select those options they were there when I signed in) which is what I showed in the picture in my previous post. In fact, the only way to get to the NN training page is to go to the home page and clicking on the "brain banner" but when you do it shows it is under the products page?
    NN training page.JPG

I have opened my cart and I can adjust quantity but I see no way to get the 25 token option, what am I doing wrong?
    cart.JPG

In fact I removed the 10 pack and I see no way get it back.

Said differently, which page do I navigate to, to see the different token options available?

Nevermind I found it...took some fumbling.
    Attachment 101892

Although how do you get to the NN training page without clicking the banner from the home page or the link given in post #1?
    banner.JPG

And why was my cart pre-populated with 2 packs of 50 tokens and 1 pack of 10 tokens when I logged in? I just now added 1 pack of 25 and it cleared my cart of the other pack of 50?

You hide the Tokens and other things very well on the HP website. I looked while i was logged in to my account at every box or link that i could find. Never did find a Token for sale. And you have really buried the link to "user defined " For a few months i would click on template editor on the vcm editor page. I would get a popup that i have not purchased software to use that feature. So i would clicked on HP webpage and like "Token" I could not find it. Then a few days ago i seen a link in the forum to buy the use of user defined template it. After clicking the link and buying it. I saved that page for reference spent over an hour trying find the user defined link on HP page. Typed in exact wording in search box and still did not come up. Then i got 2 other people here to join the search. 3 adults with the page to look at from link in forum. None of us ever found it on HP website page. Tune depository i can find. But i have never pulled a result from any search that i tried. And i even tried basic search. year "all" dodge "all" model "all, hit search. Zero results found is always the result.

And the user defined template, I bought access to. I click the navigator and the list pops up the same as the channels to pick from to add to my log channels. But one click turns my choice Blue. Double click does nothing. Import, export and all other thumbnails do nothing on the open pid chart. Thumbnails on the open Template that i clicked to open pids list just beeps because system wants the pid list window closed. Any other option i try. I get the popup are sure you want leave without saving? No i dont want to leave without saving repeats the same cycle. Great fun for an hour or 2. But fun fades fast. Other option is click the yes i am sure and it closes out. Tuner part of your system actually works great for me. It is the extra tools and features that i cant get figured out.

The tokens are somewhat hidden on the "tuner tools" page under "my account" and I also had some surprise tokens in my cart.

So, 25 tokens per month to train any quantity of vehicles we want?
Or 25 tokens per VIN for 1 month? Each additional VIN 25 extra tokens

25 for 1 vehicle and gives you a month of use for that 1 vehicle as it is alot like tuning a VE table and will take multiple iterations to get it spot on.
