    Ordered Standard, too late to switch to enhanced?

    I ordered standard MPVI on Monday and was wondering if it was too late to pay the difference and get the enhanced version? I haven't got my Application key yet and I assume my software hasn't been mailed yet. What can I do and how do I do it?
