Throttle response control 17 SS M6 Camaro

I have a 17' camaro SS M6 with FBO and a cam. I was wondering if someone can help me with reducing my throttle response in one of my driving modes(tour or sport). If the throttle response was on a scale of 1-10 and the factory tour and sport would be about a 5 and track mode would be a 3, my tuner has mine turned up to 11 in all modes! Which is great for straight line racing but i do some autocross and the instant fly by wire throttle response makes it a pain in the ass to finesse the car around a tight course.

I have played around with the driver demand tables but after looking at the factory tables it doesn't seem like that is where the response is controlled from.

Thanks for any guidance you can provide.

Look at your Driver Demand Tables. There are three of them which correlate to the mode selector.
