Surging Idle On Cold Start Wih MAF Failed

Can someone take a look at this log and give me some ideas on where to start. It starts fine once up to temp but cold starts with the MAF failed are surging real bad and I'm having to give it some throttle to prevent it from stalling and to help stabilize it. It gets worse once you put it in gear but once you get moving its fine. I noticed in the log that the MAF and dynamic airflow are not reading the same. I was thinking I might need to add more to the airflow final minimum?Cold Start Surge.hplCurrent 2.hpt

Try changing your Over and Under speed idle spark.

Does it do when maf is enabled? If no, then probs need to dial in vve first. Both modes are looking at the same min air table.

For anyone wondering, it was the MAX FAIL under the effective throttle area in the idle airflow tab. My guess is when you fail the MAF it defaults to these maximum areas at idle. I doubled the MAX FAIL throttle area and is started fine with zero surging.
