I've got a friend who does quite a few ls swaps at his shop and is having trouble with a 2005 p59 4.3 pcm trying to convert to a 2001 5.3 dbc. On a separate p59 it cranks hard but no start, and on the 4.3 p59 its weak cranking. Neither will actually start the truck though. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
If he's using a 2001 harness that runs a P01 on a P59 computer, I see that as a problem here.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
I believe its a 2005 4.3 harness that has been re pinned
