Possible Police intercepter Rom read from 2009 Dodge Charger Police Intercepter

Locals just retired a 2009 Dodge 5.7 Interceptor. Word on the street it's rom is still intact. I was able to read both the ECM and TCM.

I need help validating, but cannot find a calibration for a 2009 anywhere to compare to.

Does anyone have a stock 2009 5.7 rom so I can compare.

Long shot, but does anyone know if this is flashable to a 2007 ECM

Verified that this is fact, a interceptor tune. Played around with it a little but struggling with the excessive traction control tuning. Yes we can turn it off, but I prefer to tune it with some still there for inclimate weather we drive in.
