i have a 2000 blazer with a lm7 5.3 and im in the VCM scanner and my driver side o2 is showing dead rich 903 ms and barly moving at all. i go in to the controls and special functions button turn the air fuel control on and set to 20.0 and that o2 sensor drops down and starts acting normal. my question is what have i done and what do i do to fix it?

The bank 2 sensor isn't doing anything, it's at 450mv so the computer is in open loop. What the drivers size sensor is doing doesn't really matter when it's ignoring the sensor.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
