Haven't used my MPVI pro in years, just downloaded HPT software onto new laptop, entered my old application key and all seems good there and although the device ID and app key is displayed it says "interface not opened: not found". what am I missing? I figured this would show licenses and such but nothing, green power light is on when connected to computer. HELP Thanks, Todd

Says driver unavailable, I have also downloaded drivers.
MPVI1 and windows 11 are not compatible.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
