Write calibration Falied!

2021 Ram 1500 Ds express 5.7 8sp , went to write a new tune sent to me by my tuner, ecm and tcm was auto set to write calibration went ahead to write new tune, after it erased old file and told me to cycle ignition of for 10sec it failed when loading new file now my car won?t start, also tried to write entire, same problem, also tried to write stock file, same problem. any ideas what I?ve done wrong. Tried disconnecting the battery for a while nothing. I?ve also put a charger on the battery to make sure the battery is fully charged. Is there any way I can restore the pcm? Very worried I?ve bricked it! It?s my daily driver and need it running. Contacted support but waiting for them to get back . Ticket number 37018

Is your Bypass cable installed correctly ?

Also I can flash the PCM back to stock if you cant figure it out. Will be cheaper than towing the Truck to the Dealer

if the PCM is bricked HPT will not let you, However I have the correct tools to force the calibration on the PCM.
