I haven?t flashed the tune on the car yet I want to be sure it is correct

took a quick look at your base file. Looks like you got all the tables filled in according to the video. you might find your Maf period Vs Airflow might be a rich.

Should I just send it with the file and also what data log procedure should I do

Basic PID/DMRS Airflow#/min, Battery Voltage, Coolant temp, Engine Speed, inlet Air temp, Knock sensor retard, lambse bank 1/2, load %, long term fuel trim bank 1/2, Maf Hertz, Maf Period, Measured Afr bank 1/2, STFT Bank 1/2, Spark, Throttle Angle Actual, throttle Angel desired, VCT Exhaust Bank1/2, VCT Intake Bank 1/2
