07 LS7 Long Tube Header Question??

I'm working on a 07 Z06 with Dynatech long tubes and there cats, Im getting P0140 and P0160 codes, The car is from Mass and they have a yearly OBD inspection. I called Dynatech and they said to put washers under the O2's to move them out a little???? I understand what they are trying to do, they said the air flow is slower with the headers, moving the O2's out will get them into the airflow thus causing the Insufficient activity codes to not set. Has anyone tried this?? Here is another thing they said.....change all the O2's to Bosch, and the problem will go away........Not doing that.

The question is is there a delay table or some way to change the delay to get rid of the light?? There is a O2 delay table in the Fords that cure the problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated....

Try just setting the Closed Loop tables first as shown. If the P0140 & P0160 codes come back, then set the DTC's as shown.
