    2000 z28 takes a dump at wot

    here is the log...

    between frame 1750 and 2200 I have some ?'s

first off is why would this car take a dump in second @ wot?
new to scanning and tuning so bear with me.

second is my ect shoots up in the "don't go there" zone...what's up with this? Is it in the tune I did or what?

all i've done was some trans tuning and removed the rear o2 sensors..

did all of these issues start with your tuning? or was anything already there?
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Frame 2144 looks like you were spinning the tires and traction control and/or torque management retarded the timing. All else looks ok.

the ect was something we noticed only on this run and the booging down in second is something that was happening stock. the car is not equiped with asr. what's up with the KR what is it and what does it do? this is a bone stock z with a bullet and turn down. It has 2.73's and rinky-dink tires. and yes it was doing alot of spinning until it booged and then it just woke up and took off again.

I thought I eliminated torque management?

To me , correct me if i'm wrong , But looks as though on transition to PE there was a massive lean-out which may have caused the knock that was seen ! The other " stand out " that was noticable to me is the inj. duty cycle - 94 % would be pushing the envelope a little !

    My thoughts only !

the biggest "performance" thing that stands out to me is the maf reading...its got a huge dip between shifts & I don't recall ever seeing that on any other scan...maybe someone can take that ball & run with it

Looks like you were spinning the tires in first gear, Tq management during the shift, rpms drop to ~2500 got traction and slowly build rpms slowly in 2nd as they do with traction, stock converter, and 2.73 gears. It feels like the car took a dump because your rear tire speed went from 60 mph/5700rpm with no traction to 32 mph/2500 rpm with traction. Hence the dip in the MAF reading.

There is still some there under Engine>Tq Management. Apparently that still kicks in even with Abuse Mode set to disabled.
