First of all you are not telling us what your issue is.
Probably everything?
If your VE table is that inflated and it still running that lean in your log, you got other problems. Like bad injector data, bad fuel pressure or massive vacuum leaks/exhaust leaks.
For sure it's gotta be something along those lines because even in power enrichment you are commanding air fuel ratio's down into the 8's and 9's, so you got something way way wrong.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
