How rich is the stock tune? C7 Z06

Long story short my lambda is .69 when commanded is .84 is this how rich they really are from the factory or is my sensor not reading correctly. I calibrated incorrectly the first time and the sensor was not reading correctly so I want to be sure I got it right this time. At idle lambda is a 1.

COT is off btw.

If COT is truly off, .69 would make me think you want to verify the Wideband calibration. Is the car stock or is just the tune stock? IF you added parts without a tune, it could throw off the WOT air fuel due to the ECU learning to add fuel at part throttle, which then is also added during WOT operation.

Its all stock. I'll do another free air calibration and see if I get the same result.
