Can't write to an E38 ECM with an EFIlive tune on it.

Hi Guys,
I've spent time looking through the forum and can't find an answer.

I'm trying to write over an EFIlive tune and not having any luck. The HPT file is licensed to the vehicle and was read/written from the E38 prior to the EFIlive tune being loaded. Now I cant write over the EFIL tune.

Any pointers gratefully accepted.

Tech 2 the ecm to the vin/os pairing you want, then read, license & tune away. That is the only way we recommend.
