    2017 Silverado p2315 code caused by knock retard?

    I am curious if anyone thinks that excessive knock retard could cause Cyl6 coil misfire code.
    I've changed all coils, plugs and wires... yet the misfire remains.

    For anyone interested... to test my theory I desensitized the knock sensors and adjusted the amount of timing knock pulls out... it seems to have resolved the cyl6 misfire.
