So i noticed that with my 2022 camaro lt1 ss a10 that if im in neutral or park it wont let me rev it. Is there something that can be changed in the tune to allow it? The manuals can do it so wondering if theres something u can change to allow this?

Yes there are a couple of things that need to be changed to allow this. Look at the tables under your Engine > Fuel > Cutoff, Tab.
