Engine turn off

Hi guys after learning by myself I got my truck running but after 100 miles I had the first problem, my engine shut off out of nowhere making a left turn, I went back to parking and started it up again and it was normal. then I parked stopped driving it for 15 minutes, started it up again and drove it for 10 minutes making light stops it was normal until I got to the last light stop it shut off again.

I think it was my efans starting up what do you guys think?

i dont have vacumm leaks if you see LTFT so high is beacuse im running open headers with only 10" legth of pipe

yes, 6272ft
