Right now I have serial with EIO and a license for all 2000 f-bodys. If I send in my interface and money, I get the MPVI with EIO. But do I get to keep my license for all 2000 fbodys or does it become a single vehicle license?

you keep all existing licenses...so if you've got just the 00 camaro/firebird unlimited year/model then they'll transfer that over to your new interface for you.
