    Write entire issue (Cooperhead ECM, stop at 74.2%) and start issue now ! (Solved)

    Hi,

    After a couple of change on the lastest tune, i try to write entire, and it failed at 74.2%,
    i tried 10 times or so

    Here are all the check i done :
    - check battery
    - check PC battry
    - check all light off
    - put charger on battery
    - pull battery 20mn before reconnect it
    - disconnect/connect HPVIpro
    - disconnett/connect USB cable from HPVIpro
    - test 2 usb port on PC (PC is the one i use for tune)
    - install "Latest stable version" (5.0.4.0)
    - try to put stock tune with in "Write Entire" mode ->74.2% issue
    - after "Controler Unlocker x11 Service Not Supported" :
    key off
    close car
    open car
    key on
    test again
    - try to put last good tune (with no P0605) with in "Write Entire" mode ->74.2% issue
    - try to put last tune (with no P0605) with in "Write Calibration" mode ->Write ok, but not able to start and a lot of Ford messages at key on
    - since Ford messages appears, valid "ok" at followed Ford message after each "key on" :
    Hill Descent control FAULT
    Remove objects Near Passenger Seat
    Service AdvenceTrac
    Low Oil Pressure
    Engine Overtemp
    "Key" logo
    (and put off home Ford GPS/Radio/CD screen)
    - re-done a lots of try "Write Entire"

    i cannot gather info or read tune now (i think since i tried and succeded to "write calibration only" a no 0605 tune), as the ""write entire" done before with error erase the tune)

    Completly lost now

    (i think i read all the "Cooperhead ECM 74.2% issue",
    i email support also,
    but if somebedy can help...)

    Solve,

    As read issue at 74.2% seems just the voltage check,
    don't know why all was ok in 2018 (same car, same Ford options, no electric stuff installed, just different VCM suite version), but now, i had to unmount the ECM from the vehicule to pin it directly to the HPT OBD2 connector,
    hope this help !
