How to add wideband channel from my 06? hemi ram

The 06, seems to have been a complicated year for the wiring on dodge rams. I have a cammed procharged ram and have everything installed but wideband EQ ratio. When I add it on hp scanner, I see it, but once I start recording it disappears. I?ve read I could possibly unplug and plug usb and haven?t tried it yet. I do have an AEM 300-0300 unit. I?ve read there's a 30-0333 unit that has a port that sandwiches between the OBD port and hp tuners plug but I?ve also read it?s for 08?+ models. Besides I?d rather not throw another $150+ unless I have no choice. Been looking for a solution for quite a while with nothing. I have the current wideband hooked up to a ignition switch then sensor. I can?t find anything. Would I be able to connect it to power anything from my obd port. Not even sure if my model year is a CAnbus? 06? have the dreadful TIPM. Any help?
