Do i have a fuel problem? need help with spark tables.

Im trying to figure out if i have a fuel problem.my car funs rough at times, and its lacking a bunch of power. I cant even do a brake stand burnout anymore. Car also does not pull very well. i made the mistake of hollowing out my cats. huge big mistake. Dont do it. yes its louder but most of the time it sounds ragety, drives like crap. The 5.7 is cammed with a 201/300/17 compcam. Here is my tune and a couple logs. I need my spark tables adjusted so car can have better power. spark i know is a mess. I want to get ride of burble tune as well.

fuel trims are off alot, looks like your actually very rich which is probably why no power and running ruff. I can get you started in right direction but you'll need to do more logging and tuning ltft's
