I think that is just a scanner issue. Maybe not making good connection at DLC

I don't tune any Gen4 ecu but I like looking at the files and learning in my spare time, here is some stuff I noticed,
Maybe negative values in the short pulse adder?
Maybe the EQ Ratio in open loop being 10.0?
Flex fuel is enabled but the gas and alcohol EQ ratio maps are identical? Seems strange
I would look at a stock map and compare the files looking for any obvious huge discrepancy. Like a corrupted map somewhere or a negative value, I've noticed sometimes negative values make the injectors go wide open.
