My AFR gauge for my camaro SS newer model on a wot pull around 5500 rpm is reading around 11.2 on the a/f gauge. Is the car running too lean on the pull?

Switch to using lambda and go by that. May be perfectly fine for alcohol. You can always use the butt dyno or the drag apps to find what's best for you to target after the fact.
