LTFT and tach questions

82 c10, l33 swap. having an issue with bank 1 and bank 2 fuel trims matching up. not way off but one positive and one negative. new injectors, new o2 sensors, new stan alone harness. no vaccuum leaks, no mechanical issues i can find. pcm was a used module out of a twin turbo car, thats why it has the 3bar os.

also tachometer wont work if the dlc power fuse is installed. also has a draw when installed.... pull the fuse out and no draw and the tach works as it should.

question is should i be looking for a new pcm?

Trims opposite, check to see if you accidentally swapped the O2 wires right to left/left to right.
