No, not without being able to look at a bin file for behind the scene stuff. The only way I could get it to lock in third was with the exhaust brake on. And then it was only if I was already locked in 4th and it downshifted into 3rd. it would stay locked in 3rd and unlock,shift, relock in 4th. Couldn't get it to stay locked past X% tps either...
