L29 7.4L, 0411 swap - Can HP do cam and crank relearn?

I have a 97 K3500 with new, warmed up L29 454 with ported heads and intake, comp 212/218 at .050 cam, stainless headers, 5-0 racing 30lb Bosch injectors, 2001 0411 swap from an L31 5.7L 2500 van, and best-guess initial tune for my setup by Black Bear on the 0411 (sorry..). I have only run it at idle (starts and idles well) so far as I'm still putting the steering and driveshafts back in and whatnot. But so far there is no crank relearn code and no cps timing code. Supposedly it takes the dealer or a $2,000 Snapon scan tool to do the crank relearn and set the cam position sensor timing. Can the HP setup do it?

I know the crank relearn can be done. In the VCM scanner while hooked up to the vehicle. Go to the "Vehicle" drop down menu and choose special functions. Each vehicles OS has different "Special Functions" that can be performed. Look around in there for the crank relearn and the cam sensor. If I am understanding the "Crank Relearn" function correctly it has to do both cam and crank to complete the "Relearn" process.
